We applied a UX/UI Growth System to execute fast, focused iterations. Product audit revealed structural UX debt and unclear navigation logic. We streamlined interface complexity, rebuilt screens with an adaptive layout system, and ensured UI patterns supported real user behavior. Final delivery included core UX flows, system components, and a handoff-ready structure for development.
